Posted on May 14, 2010December 10, 2015 by K. Gordon

Eat out at the Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff, Alberta

The Fairmont Banff Springs has luxurious rooms, a world-class spa, a championship golf course and children’s programs? What else could you need?

Food of course! And they won’t disappoint in this department. With cuisine from every corner of the globe, you’ll never go hungry (or thirsty) here!

Executive Chef Martin Luthi has more than 30 years experience and has been overseeing the 132 chefs and 104 kitchen crew members at The Fairmont Banff Springs since 1980. Known simply as “The Chef,” the Swiss-born Luthi makes sure that everything moves smoothly for all the 1.3 million meals served here yearly.
